Key Responsibilities: ·Responsible for working with various HR systems (ie: Oracle Fusion, Kronos, ADP, my Talent World, Avature) Vendor management includes:mass uploads, interfaces, and reporting.In addition, responsible for supporting HR USA team with reporting, user maintenance, troubleshooting, training, queries, and any other ad-hoc requests ·Responsible for creating and maintaining all key HR Metrics (i.e. turnover rates, demographic information, etc.)
