What you can expect You will take on the project management for the further rollout of our job evaluation system in both national and international contexts.You will be the contact and sparring partner for questions regarding compensation and job evaluation for our national and international HR business partners, managers, and the works council – in compliance with our policies.You will conduct salary benchmarks and participate in benchmark surveys and equal pay analyses.You will be involved in annual bonus and salary rounds, including budget planning and approval.Your responsibilities will be rounded off by the development and review of salary bands, involving various stakeholders (local HR managers, works council, management) while considering the respective national specifics (e.g., collective agreements).

Your tasks As an Automation Process Analyst (m/f/x) you will be involved in automation projects for at least one of the GBS business functions (e.g. Finance, HR, etc.).
