KPIs monitoring with different departments;Daily management of plant issues and administrative improvementsWork together with shared service ( HR, Purchase, Finance, Logistics) for the best solutions for site Kulim;Schedule and prepare for plant / group appointments, meetings and activities, as well as presentations, translations, meeting minutes and so on;Facilitate smooth communications between the executive and other executives, managers, and employees; and between the executive and external parties such as media, customers, and the public.Monitor, review, and approve standard administration expenditures to ensure that the activities are conducted with approved budgets.Perform other administrative tasks, such as travelling, coordinating internal and customers visit etc.
Escalate complex, high-risk, or potentially litigious employee relations issues to the GM and HR. Address serious staffing risks (e.g., workforce shortages impacting safety or capability concerns) with solutions. Promote staff wellbeing, engagement, and development while ensuring performance accountability.
