Works with VP, Legal to manage all aspects of internal and external legal spend in area of labor with budget level responsibility for same Maintains a strong relationship with key business stakeholders to meet business needs. Works with Labor Relations to train the HR, Operations and other related business leaders on the requirements of the CBA and existing laws under the NLRA and other related labor laws; Identifies and recommends innovative changes for process improvement.
